Enjoy fresh and innovative local cuisine prepared by our Head Chef Tony and his team at Days Hotel Bournemouth. Located in the Solent Suite, our main dining area offers seating for up to 230 people and a wide variety of menus to choose from to suit all tastes. We also have various other dining areas for private functions from 15-150 guests. Chef Tony and his team prepare Breakfast and Evening Dinner daily.
If you would rather relax in our bar area, we offer a selection of bar snacks and cream teas which are available throughout the day.
Daybreak Breakfast Buffet -
The Daybreak Breakfast is served 7.30am to 9.30am Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 10.00am Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Chef Tony prepares an exquisite Table d'hote Evening Menu which changes daily and seasonally. We also offer special menus for vegetarians, vegans and guests with special dietary needs, such as gluten and sugar free dishes.
